Founded in 2014 by Dr. Shakira Lynn, Essentially Elegant, Inc. is a non-profit organization that empowers youth to create social change. Through interactive and supportive programs, we seek to improve the lives of these individuals by building strong character and helping them realize their full potential.

Essentially Elegant, Inc. seeks to prepare the youth of Athens, GA, and surrounding communities to make ethical choices over their lifetimes to become successful and productive individuals in society.

Essentially Elegant, Inc. addresses the issues confronting today's youth by increasing their confidence, promoting life skills, and improving their ability to identify resources within their community that can contribute to growth and development. We strive to impact education throughout communities by offering the tools that students need to succeed in their educational careers and make them successful in the future.
